shipping
orders are made to order. production takes 2–5 business days before an item ships. domestic (us) shipping takes an additional 3–6 business days. international shipping takes an additional 7–20 business days depending on destination. tracking is emailed once the order ships.
returns and exchanges
because each item is printed or embroidered to order, we do not accept returns for size or preference. if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact disclosure@rotttten.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost to you.
privacy
we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: shipping address, email address, and payment details. payment is processed by stripe; we do not store your card information. order fulfillment is handled by our print partner, who receives only the information needed to produce and ship your order. we do not sell your information to third parties. we do not send marketing email.
